So, I decided to try to make a subspecies of ponies. *shrugs* I was booored.

Decided to make one based loosely on the Solars from Exalted, though it's only very, very loosely.

A few things that I couldn't fit on the image proper:

All Solar Ponies' names are very long and poetic. For example, the character shown there is named Glory of the Blessed Dawn.

Solar Ponies have increased physical abilities, well above even that of other Earth Ponies.

Solar ponies can interbreed with other races, but the result will always be a Solar Pony that shares some traits of the other parent's race, such as a Solar/Unicorn being born as a Solar Pony with a horn, or a Solar/Pegasus having wings.

I only have one rule insofar as these go, other than following the directions for the species: Try. If I don't think your art has enough effort put into it, I'll ask you to either work on it more (and give suggestions and try to help, of course), or not do it.
